The balm itself is excellent. Deeply moisturizing, super lightweight, and the non-sticky formula is exactly what I wanted for daily use. However, the tube packaging is slightly inconvenient. Sometimes when I squeeze it, too much product comes out, leading to wastage. It would be better if the nozzle was a little finer to control the amount. If they fix the tube design, it would be a perfect 5 star product.

This lip balm definitely delivers on the deep hydration promise. My chronic dry lips feel much better, especially in the morning. The texture is non-sticky which is a huge plus, but sometimes, if I apply too much, it leaves a slightly waxy film, which I have to blot. It heals chapping very well though, so I'm happy with the performance overall. Just adjust the quantity carefully.

Small tube, easy to carry everywhere. I use it before applying lipstick and also at night. It prevents chapping completely. The rose essence is subtle and natural smelling.

Superb quality! Got it for my girlfriend and she is hooked. She says it makes her lips very soft and it lasts for hours. Highly recommended.

I like the non-sticky feeling. It's great for office wear as it feels light. Giving 4 stars because the tea rose fragrance is extremely mild. I expected a little more smell. Overall, decent product for nourishment.
