The balm itself is fantastic. It genuinely works as described, providing great moisture and significantly reducing irritation in the bikini area. The niacinamide seems to be working on pigmentation too. Giving 4 stars because the delivery took two extra days than promised, which was annoying as I needed it for a trip. Product quality is 5/5 though.
