Job Summary:

Bombay Shaving Company is looking for a copywriter with prolific writing and ideas creation experience for branded content / advertising on digital. The candidate must love and be great at all forms of marketing communication - long form blog, social media copy, concepts and scripts for videos, meta titles, emailers, listing content for e.com sites etc. Experience in video production will be a bonus. And yeah, be fast in ideating and putting out great content; be a self starter and a team player; be naturally curious and be deeply immersed in popular culture. And most importantly have a sense of humor; take the work seriously but not themselves.

Key Responsibilities and preferred Skills:

  1. Ideate & execute content marketing strategy, including blogs, videos, marketing collaterals, website.
  2. Repurpose content to meet the needs of the readership
  3. We're looking for someone to be the tone and voice of our digital presence, retail marketing, social media, branding and performance communications. Create exciting and innovative content for posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  4. Track and improve KPIs like organic reach, engagement levels and growth of social media channels.
  5. Bring a unique vision and tell the brand's story through exciting and engaging content. Study the brand's position and TG to contribute to a robust content strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  6. Is constantly learning and measures the impact of his/her work on user actions such as click through rates and other engagement metric
  7. Collaborate with various department stakeholders to understand the business and customers

Education and Experience:

  1. A Graduate in communications/arts/mass media from a reputed College. Masters degree is preferable but not mandatory
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience. Preferably worked with a D2C Brand
  3. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong time management and team working skills.
